Privacy and data

Deleting your account means deleting its associated data.

The process does not merely disable access or hide history.

Account deletion is available in the app. You can also start a request by email without reinstalling the app.

From the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Privacy and data.
  3. Select Delete account and data.
  4. Review the scope and confirm the requested action.

Protected accounts must verify their identity again. A guest account uses the owner’s valid session.

From the website

Send an email to aaargbapps@gmail.com with the subject Lista Calista account deletion request.

Provide the email associated with your account, if any, but do not attach receipts, documents, passwords or sensitive information. Proportionate identity verification will be requested before irreversible deletion.

Requests will generally be handled within one month. If identity cannot be verified or there is a legal obligation to retain a limited part of the data, the situation and available steps will be explained.

What is deleted

  • The account or guest identity.
  • Receipts and their original files.
  • Associated extractions, corrections and confirmations.
  • Household purchase memory, preferences and decisions.
  • Privacy records linked to the account.

Limited financial, security or legal records may be retained only where required by law or provider obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Lista Calista account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. The subscription must also be cancelled through the relevant store.
