Service and accounts
Lista Calista helps retain receipts, review extracted information and prepare lists and suggestions based on confirmed data and explicit preferences. The service is for people aged 18 or over living in Spain or the EU/EEA.
You may continue as a guest or protect the account with a supported sign-in method. A guest account may become unrecoverable if you reinstall the app or change device. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity from your account.
Website use
Only submit documents you own or are authorised to process. Do not send medical data, complete financial data, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary third-party information. Do not damage the service, access unauthorised areas, evade limits, infringe rights or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Lista Calista offers free features and a monthly or annual Pro subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. Price, currency, period, taxes and any free trial are shown by the store before purchase confirmation.
Where a seven-day trial is available, it starts when you accept the store purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled within the time stated by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel it in the relevant store settings.
Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends unless law or the store provides otherwise. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google and follow their rules and mandatory consumer rights. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
Availability and liability
The service may change, be suspended for maintenance or limited for security, fair use or provider availability. Uninterrupted operation and accurate AI extraction or suggestions are not guaranteed.
Lista Calista does not know the household’s actual inventory, does not promise savings without a valid comparison, and does not provide financial, medical or nutritional advice.
You must review extracted data and suggestions before use. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
